  •  1/2 oz (22 whole kernels) Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added)
  •  1 oz Coffee (Instant)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Now Foods Soy Lecithin
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 scoops) EAS Premium Protein Powder - Chocolate
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 piece) Ice Breakers Ice Cubes
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia Extract in the Raw
