Okay so I mixed almond flour (if I had to guess just under 1/2 cup) 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, and 1/2 tsp of original Mrs. Dash. Cut up an avocado. Dipped the avocado slices in egg (whisked 1 whole egg). Coated the dipped avocado slices in the almond flour mix. Bake in the oven for ~20 minutes at 400•F (on tin foil).
For the Dip: Mix together 2 heaping tbsp of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/8 tsp of black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper! Boom Enjoy motha humpas!
