Perfect side dish to eat with dinner! This would pair nicely with baked chicken :) enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350. Dice 1 large apple into cubes. Add both precut and peeled squash and apple to casserole dish. Combine and mix the remaining ingredients (you may need to add more almond milk to thin out the mixture so it's easy to pour). Once mixed, drizzle over squash and apples. Bake 45-50 until squash is soft and the top turns brown.
