Delicious, creamy, no cook, ready in less than 5 mins protein pudding, yum!!!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Put the following in a food processor:
1 frozen banana
1 heaped tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese
1 heaped tablespoon of chobani no fat plain yoghurt
1/2 cup of organic shredded coconut
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used giant sports delicious protein)

Process until well combined (you may need to stop and scrape the sides down a few times as I did).
