Delicious high protein banana nut muffins!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl blend Bananas, applesauce, and yogurt with an electric mixer on medium speed until almost smooth (there may be some small pieces of banana).
Add eggs and blend about 20 seconds more.
In another bowl whisk together protein powder, oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix together with spoon until just blended.
Gently fold in walnuts.
Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups and distribute batter evenly in the 12 cups.
Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Makes one dozen muffins.
