This is a great snack you can take to work with you, grab a muffin for your morning snack and get some protein in while your at it.
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray your muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray, also line with muffin liners.
2. Toss all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until mixture is smooth.
3. Divide evenly between 10 tins
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you can poke with a toothpick and it come out clean.
