A delicious slushy protein shake. You can use different kind of milk to do it. Personally, I add one tablespoon of natural peanut butter in it to add fat and the taste is very good too. I suggest you take frozen blueberries with no sugar added. I didn't find my brand because I'm from Montreal and it was not listed!
Put the whey and the milk together and blend it.
Then add the frozen blueberries and blend (you can add peanut butter).
Enjoy with a spoon, it is like ice-cream, this is very delicious !
