Ingredients:
2/3 cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
60 grams (about 1/2 cup) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp Truvia (natural sweetner of choice)
Method:
In a medium sized bowl, mix greek yogurt with 30 grams protein powder.
Pour mixture into 4 silicon molds. Sprinkle truvia (sweetner) over each cup.
Put molds into freeze.
In a separate bowl, mix blueberries and 15 grams of protein powder. Pour Blueberry mix ontop of 2 of the yogurt cups. Let sit in freezer for atleast 3 hours.. or overnight.
Mix raspberries with remaining protein powder. Pour on remaining yogurt cups. Freeze for atleast 3 hours.. or overnight.
EAT. THEM. ALL. Because you can!! ;)
