Slow digesting protein snack before bed to reach maximum gains!
1. Mix Casein in medium sized bowl with just enough almond milk to turn it into a cookie dough texture.
2. Roll into small balls
3. Roll balls in carob chips
4. Dip half of ball in peanut butter
