A delicious, healthy, and very filling meal. Easily made it in my college dorm. The salty sweet combo was amazing. Feel free to substitute the muscle milk for any type of protein powder and water. The picture is just one I googled because it smelled so good after I made it that I couldn't help but to dig right in.

q Directions

Mix together the oats, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, and sweetener in a bowl. Add the cup of muscle milk (you can substitute a cup of water and scoop of whey if you don't have a bottled shake) and stir. Microwave for 2 minutes then stir and continue to microwave and stir every thirty seconds until the oatmeal thickens.
