A productive day in the kitchen! Here we have CLEAN ALMOND & BANANA TARTS!
Tarts:
1 Cup Oats
.25 Cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
.25 cup almonds
2 tbsp coconut flour
.25 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 packet stevia
1 egg
.25 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
Throw all the dry ingredients into a mixer then mix in the wet ingredients to a doughy texture. Place 16 balls of dough in to a tart baking sheet & push down in to tart shapes. Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 150c
Filling:
1.5 Bananas
6 tbsp Greek Yogurt
3 packets stevia
1 tbsp almond butter
Mash all filling ingredients together and place filling into each tart and decorate with an almond and sprinkle with nutmeg
