A Clean Spin on the Classic Savoury Dinner.
1.	Steam shredded cabbage until dente. 
2.	Heat coconut oil in a pan and stir fry the meat until ½ cooked.
3.	Remove meat and put on a plate. Stir fry the onion & garlic until soft (5 mins),then add mushroom.
4.	Combine almond meal, yoghurt, cottage cheese and tomato paste in a mixing bowl. Add to fry pan with the beef stock and simmer for 5 mins. 
5.	Return meat to the pan and cook for a further 3-5 mins until cooked. 
6.	Stir in chopped parsley.
7.	Serve with shredded, steamed cabbage.
