³ Description

It takes a minute to make and very cheap. I find myself eating it for lunch almost everyday at work (although most people think it sounds horrible) It is actually delicious! My boss has actually started eating it everyday and he is down 15 lbs just by substituting it for lunch

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup Cottage Cheese (Lowfat, 1% Milkfat, No Sodium)
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Pace Chunky Salsa
   

q Directions

1. Just mix both ingredients together in a bowl (I have graduated to simply a coffee cup)


Sometimes I add in diced chicken breast for a little extra protein, but it is great either way.
