If you've got a craving for some chips, try out these apple chips, they're a nutritious alternative!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Honeycrisp Apples
   

q Directions

1. Wash and core apples

2. Slice them as thin as you can (having a meat slicer helps a lot here).

3. Lay out on a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake at 275F for 1.5-2 hours(check on them mid-baking and flip them over) until crispy.

One serving (4 apples) makes approximately one good sized bowl.
