An exceptionally quick, simple, low calorie recipe that is perfect for the fall season. It may be low in calorie but it is packed with flavor!
Simply mix all the ingredients together. Line trays or spray them with non-stick spray. Use ice cream scoop to serve out the batter to each liner. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
