Here's a high-protein meal that's easy to make and yeilds crispy, delicious pizzas in a short amount of time.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 flatbread) Flatout Light Original Flatbread
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1 thin slice (approx 2" x 1-1/2" x 1/8") Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten)
  •  1 oz Tomato Sauce with Onions (Canned)
   

q Directions

Set your oven to broil (As hot as it can get, heat coming from the top, not the bottom). Lay out flatbreads on metal pan, lightly coat with tomato sauce, then layer with cheese and chicken. Additionally, you can add some spices to make it to your liking. Toss in the broiler and let it crisp for about 5 minutes until done!
