These cookies are the perfect healthy alternative to funfetti cake cookies!

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Clabber Girl Double Acting Baking Powder
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 container) Stonyfield Farm Oikos Organic Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Great Value 100% Whole Grain Quick Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

After blending the oats to make a flour, sift together all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Now add all wet ingredients. Mix up well by hand.

Add optional sprinkles. (would add to calories and sugar. Not included in ingredients)

Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

“Drop” 2 inch cookies onto parchment paper about 1 inch apart.

Flattened cookies out a little on the top.

Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, checking periodically. (touch top of the cookie and once it isn't real soft on top, take them out)
