Spinach Salad with Italian-flavor notes. Includes: cracked pepper turkey, home-grown tomatoes, cucumber, fresh basil, dressed in balsamic, and topped with avocado slices.

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
  •  5 leaves Basil
  •  1/4 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  2 cup Spinach
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 oz) Boar's Head Cracked Pepper Mill Smoked Turkey Breast
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/5 medium) Trader Joe's Hass Avocado
   

q Directions

Place Spinach in bowl.

Dice cucumber, tomato, basil.

Add cucumber and tomato, throw in the basil.

Roll up turkey slices and criss-cross them on top.

Slice avocado. Pile sliced avocado on top of turkey.

Sprinkle on balsamic vinegar.
