Delicious protein bars that are convenient for when you're on the go!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray (I used a 9 x 9 pan).
3. Mix together oat flour, protein powder, poppy seeds, salt, and baking soda.
4. Separately mix together egg whites, applesauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and stir until combined.
6. Pour batter into baking pan, and bake for 20-23 minutes.
7. Cut into 8 bars after cooling, and enjoy!
