Check out these peanut butter protein bars using soy protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 oz Almonds
  •  1 oz Soy Protein Isolate
  •  1/2 cup Honey
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Raw Pepitas
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Stater Bros. Quick Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

In a saucepan on low heat mix together wet ingredients. Then add dry ingredients to dry. Mix well. Place wax paper on bottom of square pan, press into pan. Refrigerate, then cut. Makes 12 bars.
