These are so easy to put together, and they make great appetizers fit for anyone!
1.Cut up your melon. I used cantaloupe, but feel free to get creative and use any type of melon that suites your fancy.
2.Place a mint or basil leaf on top of the melon. Make sure it isn't too big so it isn't overpowering.
3.Take a slice of prosciutto and use enough of it to wrap around the melon. Wrap it all up and secure with a toothpick.
4.Once you have enough of these bites on a platter, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and distribute the lime juice evenly across the plate.
Makes anywhere from 20-30 bites. It all depends on how large or small you cut the squares.
