A full-flavored salad that is simple, quick and easy to put together!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, chopped Zucchini
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Trader Joe's Light Feta Cheese
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 cup chopped Celery
  •  3 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Salad Dressing
  •  1 serving (serving = 11 pieces) Kirkland Signature Cooked Tail off Shrimp
   

q Directions

I let the shrimp warm up on a frying pan and add a little bit of seasoning of your choice (I used cajun and greek)
Chop up vegetables into bite sized portions.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
