Love keeping things creative..apple crisp for a post-workout snack :)
Place sliced apples in a dish, add half the cinnamon and coconut oil. Combine oats, maple syrup, and remaining cinnamon in a bowl to make the topping. Sprinkle over apples and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
