Foodgasm, best I've ever made!!
Mix Erythritol, agave, stevia, warm on stove top until it's hot and Erythritol is melted.
Mix pb2, peanut flour and protein powder, add this to the first mix. Adjust the consistency with 1-2 tbsp of water.
Crush oat flakes lightly (not too much) and mix with oats, do this fast so the syrup doesn't get hard.
Find a mould (or manually form) and put some baking paper in it, Push the mix in the moulds and then put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Mix pb2 chocolate with water and add it to the cake from the fridge as "frosting", put it all in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
Melt dark chocolate and layer it on top of the cake, put it back in the freezer until the chocolate is hard.
