Spicy tuna on toast topped with avocado

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/4 cup, cubes Avocados
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 slice) Alpine Valley Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3
  •  6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 can) Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) The Ojai Cook Lemonaise Light
   

q Directions

1) Toast bread
2) Drain tuna
3) Mix together tuna, Lemonaise, Greek yogurt, and Sriracha
4) Pack the mixed tuna on top of the toast
5) Slice a quarter of avocado place on top
6) Enjoy!
