Give this spinach bowl a try
Directions: To start off, broil the chicken breast or steak in the oven, until it is fully cooked. Once that is done, it is time to cook: 1. Chop up all veggies vertically, or as you desire 2. Heat pan up with Olive Oil 3. Once heated, put in the onions 4. When onions become tender, put in the rest of the veggies including the garlic (minced). 5. In the mean time, while that cooks up, chop up the choice of meat. 6. After all veggies are cooked well and tender, put in the choice of meat, and the seasoning. 7. Once its cooked fully, put it on a bed of spinach.
