I brought to a dinner and people loved it! Sweet Potato Casserole topped w Maple-Pecan-Coconut-Thyme
Peel and cube sweet potatoes and put into a crock pot on low with the vegetable broth for 3-4 hours. When soft enough mash and add the rest of the ingredients on top. Place in oven at 180 for 1.5 hours.
