Perfect when you've got a sweet tooth. Quick and easy to make. Only 4 ingredients. You can customize and add any other toppings your heart desires
Bake a sweet potato in the oven at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork. I already had baked potatoes from earlier on hand so putting this together right now was easier.
Scoop the greek yogurt onto the potato. Drizzle it with nutella and sprinkle the coconut flakes on top.
