This absolutely beautiful, super dense and moist mugcake was so easy to make AND delicious! Just perfect for that special someone in your life, or as a treat to yourself for all your hard work :)
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. blanched almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- Few drops of stevia
- 1 tbsp. plain, unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 egg whites
Icing
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop @balncesportsnutrition vanilla portein powder
- pink food colouring
METHOD
1. Mix all ingredients except icing ingredients in a mug.
2. Microwave for 2-3 mins (depending on microwave power, check after every minute).
3. Meanwhile, mix icing ingredients and spread onto the mugcake.
