And who can forget dessert? My own vegan, no oil and no added sugar creation: pineapple, coconut and vanilla/apple sauce low gluten pudding.

Mix all ingredients together

Cook in the oven in a non stick baking tin or muffin tin on about 170 degrees C (fan forced) for about 20 minutes, then check and cook for another 10 minutes at 180 deg C.

The timing and temperature depends on your oven :)
