³ Description

Delicious, moist, fudge brownie based baked oatmeal with almond joy (coconut and almond) flavors mixed in. Topped with Chocolate "Icing", shredded coconut flakes, and whole raw almonds.

q Directions

In a bowl mix together: protein powder, baking powder, oats, vanilla extract, coconut extract, almond milk (1/4 cup), egg-whites.

Pour into baking pan/ramekin/bowl of choice.

Sprinkle coconut flakes (about 1tbsp) and crushed almonds (about 6) on top. Bake for 20 minutes (If in convection oven on 350F, if in smaller toaster oven on 325F).

Take out, let cool for 5 minutes. While cooling mix cocoa powder with almond milk (about 1/8 cup). Drizzle 'icing' mix over top of baked oats. Top with whole almonds (5) and more shredded coconut (1/2 tbsp).
