These cauliflower based muffins are a great ready-to-go snack, or as part of your breakfast.
In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients: almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt.
Soften the raw honey in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Then add, along with the remaining wet ingredients to the dry. Once it’s all mixed in properly, stir in the cranberries.
Scoop into muffin liners. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the muffin comes out clean. Enjoy!
