Perfect make-ahead for a busy morning. Top with syrup, yogurt, fruit, nuts, or nut butter! I topped this one with Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla whey protein ("Frosting").

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  4 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  2 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  6 oz Blueberries
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) McCann's Quick Cooking Irish Oatmeal
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
   

q Directions

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.

2. Spray a 12x9 pan (or you can use a round cake pan) with cooking spray. Add oatmeal mixture to the pan.

3. Top with blueberries and bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
