A yummy tuna alternative, that takes only 15 minutes of your time!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  •  1 oz Yellow Mustard
  •  1/4 tsp Salt
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Ocean's Flaked White Tuna in Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp.) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Whole Foods Market Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 serving) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
   

q Directions

Open tuna and drain all excess water from can.
Combine ingredients together in mixing bowl.
Heat frying pan on medium.
Form patty's with tuna mixture, let cook until golden brown on each side.
