this week is veggie pancakes and I made beetroot vanilla pancakes. Look what a fun color! Layered with vanilla flavored quark (quark, vanilla essence, granulated sweetener) and topped with a strawberry and strawberry sauce.

q Directions

Vanilla falvored greek yogurt (inbetween each pancake):

.80 cup of greek yogurt
.5 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp granulated sweetener (splenda)

Pancakes:

Mix all other ingredients together and fry into small pancakes.
