Put all ingredients (except Greek yogurt, a few blueberries, rasberries and coconut oil) in a blender and blend (or mash the fruit then add the wet, then add the dry - if you too are no where near civilisation or a blender!) then spoon mixture into a hot pan, cooking in Coconut Oil. The batch serves 1 and top with Greek yogurt and berries
