warm blueberry cheesecake oats packed with superfoods!
overnight soak 100 g shredded zucchini, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 1/4 cup water overnight. Next morning microwave 2-3 minutes and add 3 egg whites and 50 grams blueberries. Microwave for another 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Add 10 grams of vanilla protein powder and microwave 1 more minutes. Sweeten with stevia, cinnamon. Top with flax seed, more warmed blueberries and a "cream cheese" sauce made from 1 oz greek yogurt, 5 grams vanilla protein, 1 tbsp. almond milk, stevia.
