Directions
1. Mix : pecans, protein, flour (put oats in blender), baking powder, salt, cinnamon in a medium sized bowl.
2. Stir in egg whites until fully incorporated
3. Stir in blueberries and stevia
4. Finally stir in almond milk until pancake texture is reached (took me ~1 TBSP)
5. Pour ¼ cup of mix into hot pan. ~2/3 minutes per side
6. Top with:
a. Mashed up blueberries and stevia- heat in microwave 10-15 seconds
b. Syrup
c. My favorite (when macros don't matter): Almond extract +powdered sugar +butter= hot delicious syrup
