³ Description

Work today had no AC so when I came home I was dyyyying for some ice cream. Whipped these up and threw them in the freezer and after being out in the sun for a bit it was so refreshing to come in and have one waiting

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Zoi Greek Yogurt Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
   

q Directions

Mix whey and almond milk in separate bowl first In blender blend frozen blueberries and whey/milk mixture Blend Add Yogurt and blend Pour into Popsicle molds Freeze for 60+ minutes Run molds under warm water for ~30 seconds and gently remove Popsicles
