³ Description

This pizza is a little tough to name. I could call it a… Sweet Potato Roasted Red Pepper Asparagus Ground Turkey Pizza …but what I’m going to call it is my favorite flavor combination. Best part about this pizza besides it’s decadent taste? It is a clean, paleo approved, gluten, AND grain free healthy pizza option!

² Ingredients

q Directions

Ingredients for the Base:
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Ground Flax Meal
1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites
Perfect Pinch Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning
Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1 Tbsp of Water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix all ingredients in small bowl and cook on on stove top like a pancake.
Cook fully and remove from heat.

Add toppings and place in oven for 5 minutes
Remove from oven
Add cheese and place back in for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking

Ingredients for Toppings:
2 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey (cooked with Italian seasoning)
1 oz Baked Sweet Potato
Roasted Asparagus Spears
Roasted Red Pepper Slices
1/3 cup Classico Tomato and Basil Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese

The amount of each topping are entirely up to you! I cook all of my protein and veggies ahead of time so when I am ready to make a pizza all I have to do is slice, heat up, and place on top of the pizza before it goes in the oven.

I generally just microwave the toppings for about 30 seconds to make sure they are completely heated when I take my pizza out of the oven.
