² Ingredients


q Directions

Preheat your waffle iron to a medium heat
In a small microwave safe bowl combine apples, apple spice, stevia, and water
Microwave for 2 minutes until apples are semi-soft and set aside
In a large mixing bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, ginger, and protein powder and mix until blended
Gradually in the unsweetened almond milk and apple mixture to flour until well blended
Divide batter evenly among two waffles and bake until golden brown
While waffles are cooking to prepare toppings
In a small microwave safe dish combine Greek yogurt, agave nectar, apple pie spice, stevia, and vanilla extract heat in microwave for approx. 20 seconds set aside
In a medium sauce pan melt coconut butter and add sliced apples sauté each apple slice until golden brown on each side
Top each waffle with 4 apple slices and half of the yogurt mixture
Garnish with cinnamon and serve warm
