These fluffy cookies are perfect for using all those cherries you have at home, as well as satisfying your cookie cravings.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/4 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  100 g Oat Flour (Partially Debranned)
  •  40 ml Almond Milk
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Mother's Maid Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Artisana Raw Organic Coconut Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup uncooked) Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Sweet Tree Organic Coconut Palm Sugar
   

q Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add in all wet ingredients except cherries. Mix well. Drop more or less than 1/3 cup of chopped and pitted cherries in, and lightly mix. Put onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and flatten balls. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 cookies
