These pancakes are clean, but taste better than regular pancakes, and are just as fluffy, if not fluffier.

q Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add in as much fresh or frozen fruit as you would like. Pour into a pan that you have greased with oil (I use coconut oil) and cook. Top with whatever you would like. I would recommend yogurt,fruit, and maybe some honey.
