These clean, gluten and guilt-free bars are deliciously sweet and a perfect way to crave any sweet tooth.
pre heat oven to 350.
In large bowl:
• mash one 15 oz can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed) I used a whisk to smash the beans.
Add:
•1/4 c coconut flour
•1/4 c ground flax seed
•1/4 c oat flour
Mix/mash ingredients together (you may want to switch to a rubber spatula for this part so the dough doesn't get stuck in the wires of the whisk) then add:
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 tbsp honey
•3 whole eggs
Stir until well combined then add:
•1/3 c dried cherries (or really any dried fruit you like)
Stir in the dried fruit and place mixture in a sprayed 9x9 pan and bake for 25 minutes or until your blondies seem done(mine started to become a bit crispy at the top when I took them out)
