Happy #ChristmasinJuly Lol didn't plan for the occasion with the wrappers, they just happened to be the only ones I had. These #questbar infused unfrosted cupcakes are soooo moist (erg I hate that word) and chocolatey

² Ingredients

1/4 cup, sauce Applesauce
2.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 cup Egg White
0.125 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
0.125 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) CVS Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1/2 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Brownie Bar

q Directions

Mix ALL ingredients EXCEPT the 1/2 questbar in a blender. Pour batter into 5 cupcake wrappers in a #muffin tray. Cut questbar into 5 cubes and place in center of #cupcakes. Bake until you can cleanly remove a toothpick from the center of the cupcake (approx. 12-15 mins).
