Fail gone right. Wanted to make my protein cookies for @atmayers, but didn't have anything to make them moist - the recipe is the same as my cookie recipe from the previous post, but without apple sauce, baking powder or baking soda (had to work with what was in the beach house). I cooked them in a waffle maker and served with lite cool whip (can sub with plain Greek yogurt to be even healthier) and they tasted just like an ice cream sandwich!
Mix ingredients (except cool whip) and place in a waffle maker until fully cooked. Serve with frozen lite cool whip or whatever you'd like!
Tip: Use Greek Yogurt to make this even healthier!
