³ Description

Healthy Food For Thought: (Frozen Treat, Snack Idea) Chocolate Casein Banana PB Pop. I am not a fan of drinking Casein, I did it once and will never ever do it again. However, it is fantastic for almost any type of frozen treat, because of the thickness/creaminess. Instead of my regular snack before bed, I've been enjoying these all week. They are quite tasty, have a nice amount of Fats/Carbs/Protein and so simple to make. This batch was prepared with Chocolate Casein, Earth Balance Coconut Peanut Spread, Bananas, Greek Yogurt & Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk. Simply blend all the ingredients together and place in Popsicle molds to freeze...too easy not to try!! If you prefer not to have Casein, you can easily use more Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese for extra protein...sweeten as you desire. Enjoy!!
