What a yummy pick-me-up!! Perfect for pre-workout fuel or post-workout recovery! I have always loved choco & espresso combo
Blend oats, 1 scoop whey, .5 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp espresso, 1 packet of stevia, 1 egg white and .5 cup almond milk together and cook in a greased pan (I always use coconut oil spray).
For the frosting:
Stir together greek yogurt, .5 scoop whey, .5 tsp espresso, .5 tsp cocoa, 1 packet stevia, 1 tsp almond milk.
Layer frosting on pancakes, I topped mine with dark chocolate, and cocoa powder.
