Haven't made my protein bars in a while so I whipped up a new variation real quick. Literally took 10 minutes including baking.
Mix 2 scoops PB Marshmallow whey, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup peanut butter (microwave to loosen it up for easy mixing), 1 cup traditional oats
Mine made 6 bars which I baked for 8 min at 350. This was my first time baking them and honestly the taste is much better if you don't bake them! They will be sticky but trust me the flavor is delicious! Baking them is good for easy on-the-go transporting. I keep mine in the fridge or freezer if I don't bake them because it makes them less sticky (until they melt in your hand of course
