³ Description

I LOVE popcorn, savory and sweet. It's good to know that popcorn is actually one of the healthier snack options– being a true whole grain! Of course, most of the benefits are ignored once the popcorn is smothered in butter... Make popcorn yourself as a lighter alternative, and use coconut oil for an even better taste along with the health benefits!

² Ingredients

q Directions

In a large pot over medium heat, heat coconut oil.
Add popcorn kernels to pot. Once the oil is sizzling, add stevia, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine.
Cover pot and begin to shake over burner slightly. Once you hear the popping begin, keep the pot covered and continue to shake as it pops for 1–2 minutes, until popping subsides.
Once popping slows, remove from heat to prevent burning.
Stir and devour! Store in an airtight container.
